Profile

The Department of Arts and Cultural Studies is divided into 2 sub-areas: Art History and Historical Anthropology/European Ethnology. Both are located on the 1st floor.
The stock of the art history library currently comprises about 35,000 monographs and about 430 journal titles. A main focus is on literature on French and Italian art.
The sublibrary Historical Anthroplogy/European Ethnology lists about 1500 monographs. One focus is on the interdisciplinary research field of Human-Animal-Studies.
All holdings can be researched in the OPAC of the SULB.
